Luciana Hotel & Beach Club, Playa del Carmen

The hotel had its ups and downs during my stay. The location is great, allowing easy access to the beach, though the noise from the area can be disruptive at night. The room I stayed in was comfortable and mostly clean. On the downside, the dining experience did not meet my expectations, and the issues with the service definitely impacted my overall experience.
